Now of course you have to be in the position to be able to finance and service a deal at this level within the 24-month period. That responsibility is on you.

What Kevin can guarantee is that if you’re in a position where you’re able to finance an 8%+ cashflow deal within the 24-month period of being a member, you’ll have many opportunities to execute this strategy and have Kevin and his team do all the work for you.

Now, in the unlikely event that Kevin does not offer you an 8%+ cashflow property, you’ll be within your rights to ask for an 100% refund of your service fee.
